M/s. Precision Cups Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1995 at Micro Shed – 9, Phase VI, Gamharia, Adityapur Industrial Area, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand for the purpose of initially manufacturing automotive components such as Bearing Cups, U.J.Fork, Spacer, etc. The company has 23000 sq. ft. of land with the existing covered area 18000 sq. ft. for manufacturing activities and administrative office.

Over the years the company has achieved high level of expertise in finished machining of various components such as U.J.Fork, Spindle Front Axle, Housing Fork, Z brackets, Follower ring, Bearing housing, special washer, Sleeve, and items as big as Rear Axle Shafts. The company is also engaged in precision grinding (external/ internal) of components such as Bearing cups spacers etc.

The company now also engaged in manufacturing components such as Brass tabulator inserts, adaptors and connectors for various pneumatic and hydraulic applications.

The company has adequate capacity for manufacturing all kinds of above mentioned products and immense confidence of adventuring into new allied components and activities.

In order to provide high level of customer satisfaction we have adhered and sustained manufacturing of products of high quality specification at most competitive prices and on time delivery. We have paid equal attention to fast development of new products as per customer requirements.

The company also has requisite-in-house inspection facilities to carry out inspection to comply with customers specified requirements. We insure prompt and in time calibration of gauging equipment’s and measurement instruments.

The company has always tried to upgrade itself with technology and keep with modernization and application of recognized quality management systems with IATF-16949 recommendation.
